Hi i just joined. It says 50gb for £ 8 pm and in the bill it says 16gb. Why? Is it a fraud / scam

If you joined using the current 'offer', it's the 16Gb plan but increased to 50Gb for however many months.

In the app dashboard, it should say '50Gb - Promotion' and you'll see a bar representing 50Gb, but you're being billed for the 16Gb plan.

It's a special offer and you will need to web chat with Smarty Support if you want to change to that (and are not a new customer).
