Help o/s EU getting add on
Hiya, I need to purchase an add on to allow the making and receiving of calls, texts and data in Turkey (outside the EU). My husband (who is the joint account holder) took his phone for a swim today and now his phone won't even switch on. 😥. Is there any way to access the account holders account without access to a a securely encrypted password on his (dead) phone, please?
PennyC Have you tried taking the sim out and carefully drying it and then putting into another phone?
If you don't know the password to access an account, you would need to contact Smarty Support via web chat. They presumably can take you through some security measures to establish your credentials.
