No 4G since changing handset
Help! I have no 4G signal and cannot connect to Wifi since changed my handset.
Same sim with Smarty. No connection. I want to talk to human at Smarty but just chat bots.
What should I do?

StellaCh_631172 You haven't given us much information here.
Do you get a network and some signal bars on the new phone? If your phone is not connecting to your home wifi then that is nothing to do with the Smarty sim - you can connect a phone to home wifi without a SIM card usually.
