hellllp

i have a smarty account where i have two numbers the main acc is where i used a data sim in the camper due to not using over the winter the account is now closed. the problem i have is my mobile is the other number i need to update my card details but the system wont allow it how do i come away from the main acc and just have my mobile acc details

    tanyaha_2124985 It sounds like you formed a group where the data sim was the Group Owner and your mobile number was on a Nickname sim using the same email.

    You will need to web chat with Smarty Support and ask them for assistance.

    Did you not receive a warning email at 180 days?
