FAULTY SIM?
I purches a plan beginning of this week, within 4 hours there was no data left when I had hardly used so i bought an add on but it is still not working.
I either want my money back or cancel plan

RACHELF_3420339 We cannot deal with that as we are forum members. Try a web chat with Smarty Support. Before you do that, perhaps check the data log in your phone settings.
