Extremely poor customer service
Myself and my wife switched to smarty 2 weeks ago and as of today my wife still does not have a sim and my sim although activated has had a message saying your number is being transferred for a week have sent the PAC code to the customer support team three times but to no avail. So I am calling it Smarty are absoute bobbins

Worth perhaps raising a Complaint via the smarty.co.uk/contact page
Don't forget that the lack of a sim may be down to Royal Snail not delivering to time.

- Understood just venting been an extremely frustrating start to life with Smarty but hopefully it will improve this week

KevinSp_3384497 I don't imagine that this will make you feel much better, but this week was not the greatest one to start with the network due to the outage making people throw all of their toys out of the pram and start screaming "I want my mummy (Oh no, sorry, that was 'money'!)"
