Excessive Data Use
two strange things have happened - firstly 5g reception at home went from a few megabits to nearly 1000 on Sunday and suddenly I appear to have used around 10 gig of data in three days whereas prior to this I appear to have used 2 or 3 gig a month. Can somebody investigate this please

Before doing that, it is worth looking at data usage figures. in your Account Dashboard. After that, you may get more information from your device settings as to which apps have used data recently (at least since you last zeroed the figure)
