eSIM never arrive my house
When I first join smarty one question was normal SIM card or eSIM. I googled what is esims is run on two phone number. I clicked on yes eSIM keep my old phone number. Then when new card arrive i only have one number. Where is my eSIM run on two number. So please post me my eSIM with my old number please Thankyou Jade

JadeGra_3580421 This is the community forum and so we do not send out sims.
With sims, your phone can have more than one and you can turn each one on and off. If you converted your original sim to an esim, that will not give you another mobile line.
