Esim in the uk ...

Hi,

I ordered a physical sim (one-off monthly "contract") for my dual sim phone so that I can set Smarty as the data side, and back up calls side (different network) while off away in the camper.

It has not arrived and I'm due to travel tomorrow.

Do I have the option to "replace" it with an esim?

If so I don't see a way in to do that :-/

Anyone had the same issue?

    Hi, thanks for replying :-)

    I'm not keen to activate the plan only to find that I can't use the data for the three weeks that I'm away ... If someone knows for sure that what you suggest will definitely work I'll give it a go!

    MIKERum_4318509​ You might need to activate the SIM, and then go to your account settings and find the Replace SIM option, and pick eSIM from there, and it will be Emailed to you. If that link didn't work, follow this article.
