Doro and Honor mobiles on Smarty?

Samantha4130 You mean compatible with 4G VoLTE?
Those models are not on the list of incompatible phones (well, the Honor 6X is - is that the same?). You can check by following this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible
That’s the thing. I can’t find a definitive answer for the Honor one.
Samantha4130 From the way you put it, I am assuming that you are already a customer of Smarty for your own sim.
If that's the case, could you insert your sim into each of the parents' phones to confirm that it works?
