Data on wrong account
I have a group account with 2 other family members. l have just paid for extra data on one of their accounts but they have put it on to my number (even though l have already got unlimited data) not the account l paid for it to be on.

DianneJ_2439578 When you added the data, are you certain that you were actually logged into that account?
You move between the group member accounts at the top right hand corner of the Account Dashboard page.
If you have made an error, then you can web chat with Smarty Support to see if they will move it for you.
