Data not working

I have 3 sims on my account,  2 are working just fine but for some reason the data isn't working on my daughters iPhone. The sim is active, her phone registers the sim, call and texts are working but anytime she tries to use the data it says shes offline. Im really at a loss for how to sort it? I've tried turning everything off and on, airplane mode etc. Please help?
