Data add on not working
My son is currently in Austria and his data add in is not working. It is showing on his dashboard as completely unused and we’ve changed the settings for his android phone according to smarty’s instructions and video. Is there a way it is meant to be activated?

GemmaChe_875692 He is roaming when in Austria. If he has already used 12Gb of data while roaming, then I think that he will need an EU Data Roaming Pass in order to use more data or else pay per Mb from a credit add on - not a data add on.
