Just joined Smarty and all appears to be going okay but I am puzzled by the lack of contact-ability of the Support staff.
I presume there are some support people lurking in the background but I am concerned that they are so elusive.
Every other service provider has had a support phone number and a contact email , whether web based or via an email program.
Is this bothering other people ?
