Connection problems
Yesterday I purchased a 3 day extension for data whilst on holiday in France. Today I have no connection and find it difficult to get the customer service I need to resolve the issue. This is so frustrating especially as Smarty has been so reliable in the UK.

HazelFr_4054201 Were you able to get data at all before your purchase? Have you tried manually searching for networks to see if one of them works?
When you are roaming, provided that your account shows theoretical availability of data, I'm not sure what Smarty can do about the EU networks directly. Is your 3day pass showing on your dashboard?
