Clocks running but I can't make calls
I signed up to Smarty, with a PAC code to transfer my number. The prior help suggested that the transfer would be done in <2 hours. I got my new SIM, put it in, and activated it. Now I am being told ...

In addition to the great advice from MSF the porting of numbers always takes 1 to 2 business days, irrespective of network, and numbers never port at weekends.

I appreciate what should happen but I am still stuck with no service from my SIM. Maybe I should have known that swapping providers wasn't as easy as the advertising implies. How should I cancel, especially when my number is mid-transfer

Michael_2207902 If you have no service at all from your sim - and it is showing as active in your account dashboard - then you need to web chat with the Support Team so that they can check.
