Changing sim number on account
I have WiFi for our motorhome. I inserted the sum I had registered but it's snapped. Bought another sim but how do I change the sim number on my account? Any help would be 👍

What you need is a Replacement Sim - please see this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1215834-what-to-do-if-your-sim-card-gets-lost-or-stolen
You will receive a sim that will need activating according to the directions. Your account may be suspended until you have activated this specific Replacement.
