Change phone number
My number should have changed, but I upgraded it with the new phone number; it hasn't been transferred. I want to speak to someone, but I can't find anywhere on the site that it refers me to a blog post

Terence_3425599 There is no customer service via phone. You need to message via web chat with Smarty Support team.
Your number should change when they said it would - check your Account Dashboard. Also worth turning phone off and then on to force a proper network connection.
