Change of Payment Method.

Hi

I've changed my CC provider, and need to update Smarty.

Try as I may, I cannot navigate my way around your website to accomplish the above.

As I'm old and getting more frustrated by the minute, I need some help please. Preferably of the "hand holding" type.  Youngsters get it, but less so for oldies.

I'm completely lost, and next month's payment is looking uncertain!!

Thanks,

Clueless London

    Hi Stephen_2050369

This is how to change your payment details (found via a 'Google' search):-

To update your payment method on SMARTY,navigate to your account settings, then payment settings. First, ensure you disable auto-renew and the option to store your card details. Then, go back into payment settings and enter your new card details. Save the changes and enable auto-renew if desired.

    Detailed Steps:
      1. Access Account Settings: Go to your SMARTY dashboard and click on "Account Settings".

      2. Navigate to Payment Settings: From the Account Settings, click on "Payment Settings".

      3. Disable Auto-Renew and Secure Storage:

        • Uncheck the box for "Auto-renew".

        • Uncheck the box that says "Securely store your card details for future payments".
        • Save Changes: Click "Update payment settings" to save your changes.

    • Enter New Payment Details: Go back to the Payment Settings and enter your new payment information.

    • Enable Auto-Renew (Optional): If you want your payments to be taken automatically, re-enable "Auto-renew" and save the changes.

      Hope this helps x x

Thanks for your help. I think Smarty should have an upper age limit, as I find dealing with them very difficult for this 80 year old.

      Anyway, thanks again.
