How do I cancel the monthly sim?

I don't need the smarty sim you are sending me I want to cancel
Want to finished my plain and sim contract
As I already posted :
Turn off auto renew on your payments. This will put your account on pause.
If you don’t re-activate your SIM / payments for six months, then your Smarty account will be closed.NOTE : If you plan to port your number to another network, make sure you have an active SIM with Smarty - You cannot port numbers between networks if the number you wish to port is not active and in service.
