No network coverage Bath
Hi I live about 8 miles outside of Bath and have no network coverage there at the moment but the Smarty coverage checker says there is an issue they are working on at the moment. I went to Keynsham on Monday evening and had no network there at all and went to Bath this evening and had no network coverage there at all. When I did a postcode check of the areas I’d been to on this website it said there was a service. Has anyone else in Bath experienced problems in recent days?

The coverage checker is a general guide for service without any outages. Please refer to our network status checker as this will display any outages present:

The coverage checker tells us there's a problem or poor coverage... but does not tell us any prognosis. It seems the Smarty network has all but collapsed. There must be bigger issues than they are letting on because who is going to be without a phone for over a month? It would need to be some special **bleep** improvements to risk all your customers.
A warning to others: avoid this network for now. Let them finish it first
70GB of data for £9 sounds like a good deal but it's not if you can't use it!
In a month and counting I cannot even load a single web page and on a regular non-voip call nobody can hear what I am saying.
I've been back on Smarty after a few years abroad. Back in the UK I have, as once before put all of my family on Smarty SIM only plans. Now I have to go through all of the aggro of requesting PAC codes and moving numbers to other providers. **bleep** shame.
Do a coverage check on sign up and decline those in areas like mine and the. Remarket to them next year or when you have a working network. Then you might still be in business next year.
