cancel data sim
My mobile phone sim arrived & working fine. my data sim for my router i need to cancel that just now. The £18 has been taken from my account,so can this be returned to me,thank you.

I have put a complaint in,they seem to be playing for time,i could sort this out on the phone in 5 minutes,but can`t get to speak to anyone maybe that`s the idea!

jamesbi_3142579 Having staff answering phones is a more costly exercise and that is why Smarty do not do it.

jamesbi_3142579 That's a bit unfortunate. Presumably ll is well with the standard plan in your phone.
Presumably Smarty can see that you have never activated the data sim, so it shouldn't be a problem. Are you sure it's not just that it is taking them a while to process a refund - did they even refuse one?
