The thing is to ensure that the APN is set to mob.asm.net in the unit's settings page.

hello, i would be most grateful for some help please - we have a tp link 4g lte for our campervan and i have put in the sim - it says it is with Three but when I try to use my ipad it doesn't work how do I locate the APN
raymond_3399085 You normally access the Settings page via a browser that is connected to the same network that you set up. Generally you put into the browser url page something like 192.168.1.1 - it varies with different routers. The manual should have exact instructions and there is usually a username and password - often something like admin for both.
I use on in router for a backup for my home internet connection and it works absolutely fine and this month I've used over 600gb
