can existing customers get promotional offers
Can existing customers get promotional offers so for example if I am on the £7.00 8 GB plan and smarty do a promotion of 120GB for £10.00 as an existing customer can I change to that plan and get the 120GB or do I only get the standard 40GB.
JamesMi_3733819 From previous answers on this forum, it seems that a web chat with Smarty Support will usually get you a promotion that Smarty is offering - but not necessarily if offered by a third party. It will need to start from your next plan renewal.
The current deal on the web page is 80Gb for £10 instead of 40Gb

I know about the 80GBS promotion I was just using 100 as the example but thanks for the reply 😁
