Calls not coming through

Can you ring out? Does your phone have VoLTE capability? Is it supported by SMARTY for VoLTE? I agree with MSF as the more information the better!

Give us a break here - please! It's really hard with limited info.
Was your sim working recently? Have you recently activated the sim or ported in number?

Christin_989271 That is not very helpful and so it makes it difficult to give you useful tips.
People cannot phone you? Have you recently ported in a number? Is the phone definitely working? Etc, etc.
