calling 0345 numbers
My husband and me each have smarty sims mine 4gb data hubbies 15gb
he can call 0345 number no trouble mine says I do not have access calling the same number , he does not pay any extra
both phones are samsung mine a20 his a34
do I need to adjust somthing

I tried to phone Nationwide this morning and was told the number was not available on my plan. 0345.
susanpa_1011388 This problem does seem to crop up from time to time and I have experienced it. You can in fact call 01, 02 and 03 numbers without paying any extra.
My theory is that a lot of those 0345 numbers are internet based. This means that your call goes from the mobile system to the 'landline' system and then to an internet based number. I feel that this is where the problem lies.
Whenever I have tried the same number later on, it goes through. also, it does not always happen with the 0345 numbers either.
