Callers not connecting to my phone
I have had several people tell me they have called my number and they just get silence. No tone, No message.
I do not receive a call. Other times it is working fine.
Any ideas?

I’ve been having the same issues for the last 2 week, both my sons are also having the same issue.
callers just can’t get through, reboot or airplane mode on and off and you can make and receive calls for few minutes.tested in different location and we have the same issue.
think we may need to go to another provider
online support have been useless

Do you have a good signal where you are?
On one of the instances we repeated the call when we met up. We were both within about 300m of a 4G/5G mast, direct line of sight. My phone didnt ring and the callers phone was silent. I have just finshed a long online chat with Smart support - they are looking into it.

If you were both on the phone near each other, you would possibly not be using the same mast though - depends upon network.
Ive also been fighting this problem on all of our iphones, we have 5 lines and each one has to be rebooted almost every other day before we can make or recieve calls. The single andriod dosent seem to have it happen as often.
This has been ongoing for a few months now, actually ive now started to look around for a new provider.
the phones that this happens on for us, - iphone 13, iphone 13mini, iphone 15pro max, and an old iphone 7 - pretty frustrating and im pleased now we are not the only ones suffering with this. This isnt a software issue with the phones as they are all running different versions, this is a smarty issue.
