Blacklisting my IMEI
Can anyone one or a staff of Smarty that has compassion to help. I have been trying to get my iPhone imei mobile number black listed for insurance purposes. I have done all the relevant things needed to do as I had my iPhone stolen. But the insurance need the blacklist information from the network provider this being Smarty. These people have promised to send the information via email and I am still waiting. How difficult is it for them at Smarty to blacklist imei? Isn’t any of the staff trained to do such as thing? Are they all reading of script?
I need help now to get my IMEI blacklisted.
Anyone here going thru the same strife with this mobile carrier?

Hello, can I ask, did you ever get your proof of blacklisting?
I am in the same situation and it’s been over a week and still have not received the email that they say has already been sent. Having your phone stolen, this only adds massive stress on top of what has already happened.
each time I speak to support via chat they tell me I should receive it within 48 hours, but still nothing.
i have raised a complaint and I am awaiting a call back

thanks, if I could find a way to make a complaint I would definitely. Smarty maje it impossible to do this. I cannot find any form to this. And I guess the only way to make a complaint is via the bot chat service.
