Belgium Connectivity….
I’m a very happy Smarty user until… I cross the boarder into Belgium. Both of my SIM cards maintain network comms/signal bars on my iPhone & iPad but data vanishes. APN details are correct but zero data, it’s as though roaming has been switched off… As soon as I cross the boarder back to France… full data is back.
Does anyone have any ideas?

DanielD_2707295 You already set your APN, turned on data roaming, and works in France, but doesn't work in Belgium even when you have signal there. I think you should just talk to customer support and have them figure out what's wrong.
