Being asked if i want to keep new smarty number or transfer old number after 9 months

ben1 It does sound like a glitch.
As we are community forum members like you, we cannot access accounts.
I think that you need to web chat with Smarty Support and explain very clearly that you are happy with the number on your sim and have already ported in a number when you joined. I've just checked and my dashboard does not contain any such box.

after a (very) LONG chat with a humanoid, they suggested that is tick the box for a new number (!) i reiterated that i did *NOT* want a new number.
The agent then changed their mind (again) and asked me to tick the other (bring old number box)
When i suggested this could be the action of Fraud (SIM Takeover attack) the agent then changed their min (third time!) and said to Ignore?
This is a complete mess? WHY would smarty be asking me (after yearS) about bringing/changing my number?
