I think if it is just a new number you are needing the solution that MSF has suggested is the quickest way to get a brand new number. You can simply pick up a SIM from any company. Activate it and then request a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075. All you have to do after that is follow these simple steps (check out step 3):

You can bring over a number from another operator if you have a PAC code.

If you have experienced problems with your current number e.g. harassment, and have reported this to the police, then this would provide evidence to Smarty and hopefully they would then help you by changing your number.

You'll probably need to contact the support team, using the online web chat, and explain why you want to change your SMARTY number. Most mobile operators charge an admin fee for number changes.
