Bad network connection
What's smarty support phone number?
I can't easy to get internet connected. I can't get connected on different laptops.
My network is not visible on other laptops. Adding network, let alone adding WIFI don't work.

Answer: There is no direct telephone support because that helps to keep the costs down. If you really need telephone support, then you will need to choose one of the more expensive networks. You can contact Smarty via web chat: http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
I'm surprised that you did not know this because you were with Smarty at the end of 2024 and knew about the agents then it seems.
