Add more data onto Data only SIM, and enable in EU

I've bought a new SMARTY Data-Only SIM (2gb) just to try it out for use with a TP-Link Mobile Wi-Fi 'pebble' dongle.

It works!  But 2gb won't last me long for what I need.  So, now I know it works, I need to do two things.

First, I need to ensure it'll work abroad (Tenerife, so EU).  Second, I need to add more data.

Oh, and I don't need to use it every month.  When this month is over, I want to cancel, and then re-use (again abroad) in July.  Can I do this, or will I need a new SIM?

Please advise how to do all three.  And explain it to me like I'm 5 year old. :-)

    StevenW_4000765​ The sim will work in the EU but you will need to ensure that, in the device Settings, the APN is set to mob.asm.net (You may need the manual to show how to get into the Settings)

    For extra data, you can obviously choose a bigger plan the next month but if you run out of data, you can purchase a Data Add on - see p14 of the Price Guide -

    If you turn off the auto-renew in your Account Dashboard, then a new plan will not be purchased at the end of the month. If you do not put any plans onto your account for 180 days, you will receive an email warning that the sim will be deactivated after a further 40 days with no purchase. The means that you should be OK to buy a plan again in July.
