Account paused
Hi, just got home and I received a text saying ive ran out of mobile data eventhough i have a max 50gb limit per month. Went on the app and says my plan has been paused. Will this get sorted by Monday? As I do need data for my work

Issues with the payment system apparently - mine got resolved later this morning (just before 8AM) having had account paused just after midnight. Thankfully I wasn’t out as some people were. Check your account this morning. Restart the app too.

Same here. can't use internet or network as Smarty have paused it all. I am having to use my lap top as my phone won't connect to the wifi as I am away but it means i am unable to make or recieve messages or calls..... not very pleased as if I did not bring the lap I would be helpless
