I chatted with support and pointed them to this thread. Their reply was:
"There seems to be some issue from our ends'
i have been trying to contact them since 8am and no responses just keep having to re start conversation my account payment is due on 1st March. Appalling what is happening I am disappointed in Smarty and only been with them a few months. I can't even get a PAC code to leave!
@Trunks Assuming that you still have service on your device, then I suspect it's just a glitch in the system.
If you have been on a special offer plan then I don't see any reason why it should mess that up - you could challenge them in any case if you did not get the same as was promised.

Looks like it's affecting many people. I've seen a few posts about the same issue.
@AdamPip_1069847 @HaydnR There is some discussion on this elsewhere too. Along as your phone is still working, that's the main thing.
