According to payment for special offer upgrade to 50GB
I received email regarding special offer upgrade to 50GB with zero extra to pay. Then, I tried to change my plan and Confirm the plan change and hit Pay. However. I found out that I will be charged £7.8 for change plan.

MarcoLam86 If you are an existing customer, you need to arrange this via web chat with Smarty Support. The issue has been covered in a lot of previous threads.
