    Hello,

This sounds like you are on a promotional offer. These offers usually have a set amount of months before the price goes up or the promotional extra data is removed and you go back to the standard data allowance for the price of your plan. Your offer was extended for 15 extra months meaning for at least 15 months, your plan will stay the same. It is also worth noting that you are not locked in a contract for 15 months - you can leave or change your plan at any time. I hope this helps! :)

Thank you for the clarification! Found it very helpful :)

Spent 5-10 minutes looking for an answer to the exact same question

Im also just hoping someone from smarty gets to read my next message

This message is very confusing and the way it is worded makes it seem like were getting 15months of the plan for free. It could say "your promotional offer/ discount/ plan will be unavaliable in 15 months". The "simply sit back and feel the love❤️" part of it especially implies that smarty is doing us a favour with this when all it is doing is letting us keep what we already had. It couldve also said the deal on my plan expired, wouldve cost more and thats why theyre extending it but the way it is worded made me believe i wont be charged for my plan for over a year. It says "were extending your deal for no extra charge for 15 months". I understand that my plan is a deal but to me what it costs is just the price, and it has been for as long as i can remember. If i am using a deal/promotion that is coming to an end; id love to know about it instead of getting told that something is getting extended or to "sit back and enjoy the love" like asif im getting something more than what i already had. It should tell me it is coming to an end before it does rather than it already having ended and been "extended". No, it just comes to an end in 15 months. Even if the prices are getting inflated thats understandable, but they should still word the messages properly and clearly.

Florian_1324671 I don't believe that Smarty staff routinely read all of these posts.

I think that you are perhaps being a bit harsh. I have had that message before more than once and it seems crystal clear; I believe that they have used it for a long time and I do not recall seeing a similar complaint about it. Extending the deal means you can expect the same - no extra charge means that you are not required to pay anything else for that consideration.
