12gb roaming allowance

I've a query if anyone could clear it up ?

If I was let's say in Spain and I used 12gb of data could I then just buy a data add on to use like the 10gb for £9 ? As it says can be used in EU? 😵💫

    That's correct Betty_Swollox - if you use up your 12GB/month roaming data while in Spain, just purchase a data add-on.

    The following add-ons should be available from your SMARTY account's dashboard:

     1GB for £1
     2GB for £2
     4GB for £4
     5GB for £5
    10GB for £9
    15GB for £14

    Hey  Betty_Swollox

    If you think you will need more than 12GB of data when you roam you can buy one of our EU Data Pass add-ons, This would give you access to the rest of your plan's data

      Yes but only for 1 or 3 days ?? Easier just to buy a standard data add on don't you think as it doesn't expire ?

    I found this in Smarty T&C's:

    1. (d)  If you’re travelling in the EU:

      1. (i)  you will be subject to our data fair use limit of 12GB each month.

      2. (ii)  you will receive a notification when you reach 80% of your 12GB limit and once it’s reached. If you need more

        EU data you can purchase an appropriate Add-on. Details of the different types of Add-ons are available

        from time to time are set out in the Price Guide or on your dashboard.

      3. (iii)  you are able to use our services for a maximum of 60 continuous days, after which we will Suspend your

        services in line with clause 8.1 i) below.

    I would interpret that exactly as you have done.

    If you're still not 100% certain, why not have a web chat with the Support Team to confirm it...and then let us know!!
