02 PAC code

Hello, I have just joined smarty and am leaving 02. When I input my PAC code smarty won't accept it and say the code is wrong. Can anyone help or advise as 02 tell me that the code I have is definitely correct

    Without seeing your PAC code (NB : DO NOT POST IT HERE !) , I wonder if it has ambiguous characters - Are you perhaps mistaking the numeral “zero” ( 0 ) for the letter O etc, the letter I for the numeral 1 etc ?

    Off the top of my head, that’s the only potential issue I can think of.
