NOTSOSMARTY

I have an iPhone6 and have just switched to SMARTY who say they cover my area both indoors and out. When I try using my phone all I get is silence both in and out. I get a message top left on my phone which says NO SERVICE. I have tried to contact SMARTY but just keep going round in circles. no phone number, no E mail address. All routes lead to the same place, back to CONTACT US. Maybe they should change the name to NOTSOSMARTY. I am going to, if I can contact them, ask for my money back and go with a real provider.

    I have a similar problem, also with iPhone. I think the only way to speak to smarty about service problems is via select people on community.smarty.co.uk forwarding problems to smarty. I think its a problem related to the three vodaphone merger as it started happening at about the same time as the networks were supposedly combined. 

    Not that its a solution to your problem, but have you tried switching phone off and on again? Did it work

      Thank you. I finally got the answer from SMARTY. My iPhone 6 is not compatible with the Smarty SIM. They are refunding my dosh. Their original information said iPhone 6 would work but now they have sent me another list that says it does not. What a waste of time !!!!!!
