Yes I have updated the APNs to
mob.asm.net
And rebooted several times
Roaming is set to On.

Stephen_1831659 The APN only needs specifically setting for roaming - are you by any chance in the EU and have already reached the 12Gb roaming limit?
If you are in the UK and not getting data, why not web chat with the Smarty Support team so that they can check your account?
