Bug In Android Smarty App

When I use the SMARTY app and navigate to the calls section, the app asks for access to my contacts in order to "Display Contact Names" instead of numbers ,however, no contacts are displayed. Instead, the app substitutes the leading zero of the number with my country code, 44.
