Poor service so far
Just joined Smarty and not impressed. I get missed calls when the phone is next to me, phone not ringing. Weak signal constantly and WiFi calling doesn’t appear to work despite being enabled. Phone in London and performance much worse than my last provider, Is this to with the recent merger? I thought days of walking around to get a decent signal were in the past.Delayed SMS issue re-appeared
An issue seen a couple of years ago has re-appeared - SMS such as messages from websites not received promptly. This is on Pixel and it's hard to tell whether it's a phone or network issue as sending a text makes the missing messages appear. It could also relate to WiFi calling - which is on by default - so I'll try turning it off.
