Group Plan Discount Help
Hi everyone! 👋 I’ve just joined Smarty and recently created a group – I’m the admin. I’ve invited my friend to join via my referral link, and we’re just waiting for his SIM to arrive. Once it’s activated, he’ll be joining the group. I’m a bit confused about how the discounts work though. It’ll be a mix and match setup, as he uses more data than me. My plan is £6 for 10GB, and his will be £8 for 50GB. Willl he be the only one who gets the 10% discount, or do both of us get it once he joins the group? Just want to make sure I’ve understood it right before his SIM arrives. Thanks!
Pausing data overnight ( as a parental control)
Is it possible to set hours between which sim data will not be available. I do this for my teenager's mobile's home wifi access overnight but of course he can use sim data instead. I want him to sleep ready for school next day not be distracted by apps etc.
No roaming data in Portugal
I’ve been on holiday in Portugal for a few days and initially my data was working fine but this morning it stopped working. My roaming is on and the APN is set correctly. I’ve tried resetting and restarting my phone and nothing is working. Any ideas on how to fix? It’s really disrupting my trip as I can’t get bolts or look up directions while I’m out.

Can someone advise as to why , for one day , all my data was used up. I dont stream movies , or downlaod music. Lots of facebook and instagram, but I have not increased my usage from previous months. I have tried to login to top up for this month , but the login is messing me about and not accepting my correct details.
