Messed up Referral, help!!
Hi, I was advised by my spouse to sign up for a smarty sim only plan and to use her referral for the £40 offer for us each. well I signed up last night via the website and either did not see the referral part or there is not one to use! how do I get the referral to go through so we both get the vouchers? URGENT: SMARTY is failing now, time to move to ID

They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.
Nearly 5months and still not received referral reward
I referred my mum to smarty back in may. I received an email confirming she had signed up with my code. She is still with smarty and neither of us have received a gift voucher email like the T&C's state (and no it hasn't gone to spam before you ask). How do we get it!? Been almost 5mths now since she signed up.
How do I order spare SIMs
I've recently moved from GiffGaff. I used to keep a few spare SIMs in a drawer, as I'm a landlord, and tenants arriving from overseas often need them, and GiffGaff give us both a reward for signing up. I'd like to do the same with my Smarty SIM, but I can't work out how to order SIMs without setting up a new account, and paying for bundles up front. I can see that I can share the friends and family link with them, but, of course then they need to wait for the SIM to arrive in the post, there's a massive advantage in having a few SIMs to hand that people can just activate immediately and get connected in just a few minutes. Any advice gratefully received.Refer a friend, not working
I recommended a friend a few months ago and he duly signed up for a smarty account and received a free gift card. I have never received my gift card. I have tried contacting support and provided my friends email address but they couldn't help and explained (poorly) that there is "no link with that address". Is the Smarty Refer a friend scheme genuine?
