charged twice for 8 months
Hi, I have been charged twice during the last 8 months, the payments appear in my PayPal but not in Smarty’s dashboard and I can’t get help in the chat. I have just tried entering my bank details on the website so that I am able to access websites that are deemed as "adult content". I have entered both my Google pay and my bank card on 2 seperate occasions and have been charged £1 but have been told that the cards are non chargeable sources and I still can't access what I need even though my money has been taken.
