charged twice for 8 months

Hi, I have been charged twice during the last 8 months, the payments appear in my PayPal but not in Smarty’s dashboard and I can’t get help in the chat. Can I talk with someone willing to see proof of payment from my autorenew service? I’ve had to turn autorenew off.
