Remove payment option
Does any one know how to remove a payment option? My account lists several debit cards I have used for payment in the past, as well as the current one. I want to remove these from the list (housekeeping) but I can't find how to do it. If I select one of these cards the app simply elects this as the preferred payment option. There seems no way to delete it.Solved13KViews3likes8CommentsHigh Data Usage
My sister-in-law signed up with Smarty's 40GB data plan 14 days ago and she is a very light data user and yet the Smarty App states she has used 34GB of her allowance. Fortunately she is using a TP-Link 4G Router which independently records the data used. I will be paying her a visit soon to examine the Router info, her devices and general setup. For now I am suspicious as to the validity of the data usage Smarty reports via their App. Call back in a week for an update.1.8KViews1like1CommentInbound call logs
How can I access my incoming call logs for a specific billing cycle? I need to review my call history for the past month and I'm not sure how to access it. I have checked the 'Usage history' page (/dashboard/usage-history/{date}/voice/0), but it only covers outbound calls. What steps do I need to follow to access this information and what information do I need to provide to my service provider to obtain these logs? I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations from the SMARTY Community on this matter. Thank you in advance for your help!4.8KViews1like7CommentsNavigation SMARTY UK WEB PAGES

I don't want to select wrong option and lose my number but I need to select an option and confirm choice to get rid of this question on my dashboard. I've been with SMARTY since September 2023. I moved my number from previous provider with me. Now my dashboard has a box saying: we noticed you activated your sim. Do you want to bring your phone number to SMARTY? Option 1: yes bring my number. We will bring your number by end of day on 08/07/2024 Option 2: no keep new SMARTY number. You can bring your number later from account settings. I'm worried either option might be wrong and lose me my number. I already brought my number, so what number would they be bringing under option 1. And I want to keep my existing smarty number which is the number I already brought. Which option to pick?Solved3.5KViews1like7CommentsWhy not Up your game @Smarty. physical SIM cards to eSIMs be introduced to Smarty's serv

Why is it that every time I access the website and/or app (Android Galaxy S23 Ultra) I am constantly nagged to enter a verification code (sent via email or text). This is especially annoying when using the phone app as it explicity it asks if I "trust this device". Why not just add biometric (fingerprint/face id) support and be done with it? Does anyone else have this issue?Solved4.8KViews1like7Comments
