Group plan and transferring
I set up a smarty account for my daughter several months ago, but I used my name and email. I now want to switch my main number to smarty and add my daughter's existing number to a group plan with my main number as the group leader. I'm not clear about the best way to do this, does anyone have any suggestions? I have a smarty SIM ready to go, which was ordered through my daughter's account refer a friend.

They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.Unable to renew or change my plan
My package was expiring today and it wasn't on auto renew. Now I with app, all types of browsers, clearing cache and cookies as advised by helpline, different payment cards, I can not renew it or change it and unable o use any voice or data. Whenever I proceed with renew or change plan, proceed with payment, otp recieves from bank, but it never gets deducted and following error messages appears: "Sorry we couldn't process your request, check that you have completed each field correctly and try again" Very frustrating as can not use phone except on WiFi. Any solution? Thanks in anticipation.
Problems upgrading plans?
Hello all, on 10th March I upgraded my plan from 6 gb (5 gb with 1 gb bonus) to the 12 gb plan as it cost the same. I did the same for my eldest child as they are on my plan. The change should have come into effect yesterday 7th April but according to the SMARTY app I am still on the 6 gb plan. How can I get the extra data?
Temp plan upgrade while tethering phone
Hi, I am moving home soon. It may take a couple of weeks to get Broadband installed, meanwhile I will have to use my Android phone as a Router. I currently have a 16GB plan and I realise I will use a lot more data when tethered, so I need to upgrade my Smarty plan for a month or so, trouble is I have absolutely no idea to what data level. Suggestions would be very welcome. I wonder if I can find out what my usual data usage is with Virgin Media? Thanks for any help, Regards, Jim
