Keeping a sim and number with no plan
My mum passed away. I was paying £8 month for her plan. I have cancelled the payment plan and submitted death certificate etc. A puk code was requested to transfer her smarty number to another sim. I now do not want to do this instead I want to keep her smarty sim and number in her phone but use as pay as you go with random top ups..can I do this? Hi, I just submitted info needed to stop direct debits to my account which mums £8pm was going out of. Once this has been actioned will I still keep her number or must I request her puk or pac code to transfer existing number to another provider on pay as you go sim? Hi I tried going on chat for cancelling account of deceased person but it never opens up! My mother passed away, I set her up on £8 p/m plan, I do not have access to her phone as I didn't get her passcode so I can't use her phone either.
